Lovina beachclub Slice

Lovina beachclub Slice pagoda

Lovina beachclub Slice

Lovina beachclub Slice is the classiest of the beachclubs in Lovina in the north of Bali providing the sumptuous feeling of its cousins in the southern tourist strip.

Bali beachclub Slice is classy, beautifully done, with lovely bar, restaurant and poolside lounging, even if the pool was covered over when I was there. Couches under umbrellas on the beach are perfect reading locations.

They were having a large party, with a 300k entry ticket, some live bands and a couple of DJs, a few days after I visited with the dance floor where the pool is so maybe it was only covered temporarily. Or the black sand got too much for the filtering and cleaning systems!

It seems that Slice Beachclub in Lovina is the venue for the Lovina full moon parties. It is great space for a party.

Lovina beachclub and restaurant Slice seems to be a centre for fine dining in Lovina with its menu oozing sophistication. It is quite expensive for Lovina, though still cheaper than the Ku De Ta, Potatohead or El Kabron clubs in the south.

Scroll to the bottom of this page for more photos of Lovina beachclub Slice and their menu.

There are some basic pasta dishes, a kids’ menu, and some other simpler dishes also ,as well as the more gourmet lamb, steak and pork dishes.

You can eat here cheaply (under 100k) or if you want you can go a bit more upmarket you can spend 300k on dinner, plus taxes and service charge.

There is a service charge of 7.5% – I wonder why places like this have larger service charges than elsewhere? Staff on a kind of profit share? Or just more staff per item sold?

There were a few people there when I visited one afternoon in August, though clearly not enough to be viable, so I wonder how they manage in the low season.

I did not really get the feeling that there is the same wannabe crowd up here to fund a place like Slice as there is down south.

I have listed Slice beachclub in Lovina as a winebar as it has a good selection of wine to choose from.
