Batu Bolong restaurant Le Petit Prince

Batu Bolong restaurant Le Petit Prince is a lovely subdued French restaurant serving delicious food in a very quite and understated environment in Batu Bolong in Canggu.

Just past Batu Bolong burger restaurant BJ’s and about 100 metres before the Echo Beach turn off where Deus Machina is, Batu Bolong restaurant Le Petit Prince is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I went to Le Petit Prince with a friend recently and was treated to lots of delicious taste sensations by owner chef Alex.

I asked for a mix of the various tapas dishes – the snapper and shrimp was really good, as was the tuna mousse and the polenta French fries were also really good.

We had the beef tenderloin which featured Alex’s garlic and herb butter (mmmmm!) which was very tasty (and at 95k good value also), while the peppered red tuna, also delicious, was 75k, also well priced.

Of course we had to try the crème brulee which was also of a similar taste standard and sharing one was enough.

Batu Bolong restaurant Le Petit Prince is a quiet restaurant, with the low volume background blues music creating a feeling of subdued intimacy. A lovely place for a quiet evening, the perfect for a discrete assignation!

Le Petit Prince is a little like an old style restaurant in a back lane in Paris.

Very Nice, with a capital N!

Batu Bolong restaurant Le Petit Prince is a lovely Bali French restaurant near the beach.

Le Petit Prince is certainly worth a visit if you live in the area or simply want an out of the way dining experience.

Great place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner! We were amazed by the quality of the cuisine, and how fresh the meals were. We loved our breakfast so much that we came for diner the same day - prices are really reasonable even for Canggu. Nice environment and music. We will be back!
