Amed international restaurant Sails

Amed international restaurant Sails is a stunning restaurant perched on the cliff overlooking the ocean serving perhaps Amed’s best food.

I could think of nowhere nicer to be in Amed on a sunny day than up on the terrace of Sails enjoying the menu’s delights.

The menu here is full of delicious sounding food, with soups, light snacks, Indonesian starters, mostly around the 40-50k range.

Main dishes here are Sails Amed are at the higher end of the spectrum for Amed but still cheap. It seems like the chef is Aussie with dishes like lamb rissoles and cutlets available and priced at around the 120k mark

Various tenderloin steaks are available and sold by the 100 gram while there is also a range of sausages including English bangers, bratwurst, chorizo and rosemary lamb sausages

A couple of burgers and tagliatelle round off the meat section of the menu.

The seafood section of the menu at Amed international restaurant Sails has a mahi mahi fillet for 70k, or 8 medium prawns cooked in a few ways for 110k. Calamari and a seafood pasta complete the seafood section.

Amed international restaurant Sails is a beautiful place for sunset, although if it is windy it may not be so nice as it is very exposed. There are large glass windows to shield diners from the wind so it appears it is an issue.

If Sails can do its position justice then it is  fabulous restaurant

Sails in Amed is more towards the eastern end of Amed, up in that area where the restaurants and accommodations re a bit more exclusive.
